Want to feel great and have a strong flexible body? Try our introductory hour-long Mat Pilates class.
Pilates may look easy but it delivers a hard-core workout designed to strengthen your core, tone/stretch your muscles while improving your posture, flexibility, and balance. The class will be given by fitness guru, Deborah Glassford, a certified Pilates Instructor with 18 years of experience and currently teaching at The Gym and Glenpointe Spa.
Bring a small towel and mat, wear comfortable loose-fitting clothes, and you’ll be on your way to a longer, leaner and healthier body. All ages and fitness levels welcome.
